The Printery and CGX have exclusively partnered with Sony DADC and Kyp to bring this revolutionary, integrated print-to-digital technology to the US market. We currently offer two products, the established Kyp Webkey and the cutting edge eBridge Arc.

Both of these products resemble a "mini USB chip" integrated into a paper carrier; such as magazine inserts, self-mailers, business cards, and much more. When Marketers use QR codes, their response rates are averaging half a percent, for PURLs (which stands for personalized URLs) they typically get 1-2%, however, the Kyp and Sony eBridge programs consistently deliver double-digit response rates to savvy marketers.

Today's Marketers know they have to be smarter with their approach. Currently they are able to track and customize their digital and social media campaigns in real-time, which is very compelling. Adding a print component to a digital campaign increases the ROI significantly. Targeted & customized cross channel marketing can significantly increase the ROI of campaigns:

The products have distinct differences in terms of how they work:

Kyp Webkey
When the Kyp webkey is plugged into any PC or MAC USB port it automatically launches the computer's default browser. Then a technology called keyboard emulation connects the users computer with Kyp's McAfee secure servers. Those servers recognize the Kyp webkey's unique PID and matches it to the appropriate destination URL, which will automatically load in their browser. The entire process is seamless and virtually invisible to the user, all taking place within a matter of seconds.

eBridge Arc
eBridge Arc is delivered through a limitless array of formats, such as magazine inserts, self mailers, billing inserts, wristbands and many more. The eBridge Arc tracks every step of the users journey making the experience measurable while being reported in real-time through eBridge Analytics software.

Plug it into a USB port and a personalized interface launches and begins delivering content instantly. As the user interacts with the content off-line, the journey continues on-line with one click, leading the user to your designated landing page to further engage the user or to close a conversion.

The user's browser opens automatically, seamlessly connecting to the on-line destination within seconds. Once the server detects the eBridge Arc's PID – which is a unique identifier – eBridge Analytics starts tracking useful data, including click through paths, funnels, geo-targeting, user information and other valuable campaign details.

What are the similarities between the two solutions?

Both provide flexible printing formats; these versatile formats include a web card, direct mail, self mailer, publication insert, Kyp Duo and dimensional mailers . There is also a custom eBridge Arc wristband that is perfect for events. To maximize efficiency, many of these carrier formats are already USPS-approved.

Both technologies offer detailed and customizable analytics – and eBridge Arc also provides powerful customized content and personalization throughout the journey, even before the user opens their browser.

Both solutions provide maximum security.

Both provide personalized journeys and seamless connections from the physical to digital worlds with a few but distinctive differences.

What are the differences between the two solutions?

The Kyp webkey does not contain any content, and simply connects users with the internet by automatically launching their browser and pointing it to a specific URL or PURL.

The eBridge Arc delivers offline content, allowing the user to interact with the content before launching their browser and connecting the user to the internet. Or, the user can choose to solely browse the information available on the device if an internet connection is not available.
